There are various ways one can use to overcome negative thoughts and the following are key ones;

Replacement factor

Bombard your mind with positive thoughts to replace negative thoughts.  For example replace poverty with wealth, cant with can, impossible with possible and on and on until the negative thoughts are all replaced.


Use positive affirmations

Count your blessings and deliberately avoid negativity.

Surround yourself with positive minded people. Listen to inspiring music and watch inspiring videos.

Do no attract negativity to yourself.
