Your determination which is a combination of your skills, knowledge and beliefs will enable you to engage in a goal directed self-regulated behaviour that results into success. You have to know what you want and you should be determined to work hard to see your goal come true in terms of results. Determination starts with changing your individual behaviour to be in line with what you want and how you want to be seen and perceived by others.
